    Refunds:
    On or before our closing date: All class, stabling, and all miscellaneous fees refunded. Less cancellation fee.
    After closing date: No refunds given.
    Scheduling:
    Entries will not be accepted without full payment and proper signatures. No phone/fax entries. Entries postmarked by closing date may purchase scratches with no penalty. Ride times will be emailed to riders before the show and posted on Twin Rivers Facebook page. Scheduling may require changing order of classes. Management reserves the right to cancel, combine classes, or substitute judges. Awards to first place and ribbons to third with three or more entries.
    About the Facility:
    Arenas and footing: Indoor competition arena with Premier Equestrian sand/fiber mix. Outdoor warm up is a sand/rubber mix, with weather permitting usage. Intro and training level tests may be ridden in short court (20m x 40m) if the number of entries permits. The indoor competition arena will be used as warm up in 15 minute breaks every fifth ride if outdoor is not available due to weather.
    Stabling: 10 Indoor permanent stalls, initial 1 bale of shavings permitted. Please strip stall upon departure
