After ODS Show Approval has been Granted
After your approval has been processed, our office will send a notice of show approval to the main contact for the show, including an approval number.
At that time, the show will also be posted on the ODS Website, listed as an approved show and your show management may begin to advertise the show as such.
If you have any questions about ODS Show Approval, please contact the ODS Office at (503) 681-2337 or by e-mail to email@example.com.
Post Show Reporting, Etc.
Shows MUST turn in a report within 2 weeks of the show. Forms and details not found on this page (i.e. post-show reporting, insurance, Omnibus and other show related topics) are posted on the Show and Clinic Management page on the ODS Website (click this link).
Note that in 2014, USDF and USEF rules prohibit collection of the ODS participation fee and the program has been updated to be self-paying for awards plates. THIS CHANGE DOES NOT AFFECT ODS LEAGUE SHOWS. Please see the ODS Awards Web Page for details.
